Privacy policy
This policy covers nightwin.club, a website published by NightWin Club. The short version: the site has no accounts, no forms, no advertising cookies and no analytics, so it collects very little about you. A NightWin casino account is a different matter, and it is covered by the operator's own privacy policy, not this one.

Who is responsible
NightWin Club is responsible for personal data processed through this website. Questions about this policy and requests under it go to editor@nightwin.club.
This site is a guide and does not run accounts. If you open or use a NightWin account, the data you give there (identity, address, payment details, play history) is collected and controlled by the operator, Flybergom B.V., under its own privacy policy. We never see it.
What this website collects
When you open a page, the web server and our network provider receive the technical information every website receives: your IP address, the page requested, the time, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. This is recorded in server logs. We use the logs to keep the site running and secure, for example to spot faults, broken links and automated abuse. We do not combine them with other data to identify you.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we use it only to reply.
The site has no sign-up, no comment forms, no newsletter and no tracking pixels. Fonts and images are served from this site rather than from third-party services.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our content delivery network, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from automated traffic; it does not track you across other sites. Because nothing non-essential is set, there is no cookie banner.
Links to NightWin
Buttons and links to NightWin's own site carry a tracking tag. They carry a tracking tag in the web address that tells the operator which website sent the visit. Once you arrive on NightWin's site, its own cookies and privacy policy apply. We do not receive your name, contact details or account information from the operator.
Lawful basis
Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website. Emails are processed to answer your message, which is also a legitimate interest, and on your request.
Who else handles the data
Our hosting provider and Cloudflare process log data on our behalf to deliver and protect the site. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing.
How long it is kept
Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting and then deleted. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter they raise.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask for a copy of personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use. Write to editor@nightwin.club. In practice we can usually only find log entries if you tell us your IP address and the time of your visit. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Children
This site is about gambling and is meant for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If the way this site handles data changes, for example if we add analytics, we will update this policy first and change the date at the top of the page.
