Is NightWin legit? The licence, the operator and how to check them
NightWin is an operating online casino and sportsbook run by Flybergom B.V. under a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, reference OGL/2024/2241/1178. It does not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence, so British complaint routes, British bonus rules and GAMSTOP self-exclusion do not cover it. Whether that is enough for you depends on the protection you expect; the facts, and how to check each one yourself, are below.

Who runs NightWin
NightWin's licence is held by Flybergom B.V., the company named on the register entry. That is the business you enter into an agreement with when you open an account, the one that holds your balance and the one any complaint is ultimately addressed to. The NightWin name is the brand it trades under; the casino lobby, the sportsbook, the cashier and the Night Club loyalty scheme all sit under that one account.
This website is a separate publication. NightWin Club writes about the brand and links to NightWin's site, but it does not take bets, hold money or see your account. If you need anything done on an account, only NightWin's own support can do it.
What the Curaçao licence means, and what it does not
A Curaçao Gaming Authority licence is a real regulatory licence. Under the authority's licence conditions it is granted for specific web domains that the regulator has approved, and it requires the licensee to follow the law of each country where it offers games. Licensees are expected to verify players' identity and to run their own complaints process.
It is not the same as a licence from the UK Gambling Commission, and the differences matter in practice:
- Self-exclusion. GAMSTOP, the national scheme in Great Britain, only works with UK-licensed operators. Registering with GAMSTOP will not block a NightWin account; NightWin's own self-exclusion has to be requested separately.
- Bonus rules. Since 19 January 2026, UK-licensed operators cannot set wagering above 10 times the bonus. NightWin's welcome offers have been reported at 30–35x, which is normal for an offshore casino but three times the British ceiling.
- Complaints. A dispute with a UK licensee can go to an approved independent adjudicator. With NightWin, the route is the operator's own complaints process and then, if it is not resolved, the Curaçao regulator.
- Access. Whether NightWin accepts players from a given country is the operator's decision and is set out in its terms. Its site can show an "Access restricted" page in some places. If you see one, do not try to get round it with a VPN: casino terms generally treat that as a breach, and winnings can be withheld.
How to check the licence yourself
You do not need to take our word, or any review site's word, for the licence. It takes about two minutes to check:
- Open NightWin's own site and scroll to the footer. Look for the operator's company name, the licence number and the regulator's seal. A genuine seal normally links to the regulator's validation page.
- Go to the Curaçao Gaming Authority's licence register and search for the licence number OGL/2024/2241/1178 or the company name.
- Read the status on the entry and check that the address you are using is one of the domains listed for that licence.
- For a UK view, search the UK Gambling Commission public register. A UK licensee is listed there; NightWin does not hold a UK licence.
The register edition we consulted for this page (January 2026) listed licence OGL/2024/2241/1178 for Flybergom B.V. with an expiry date of 26 March 2026. That edition is older than our check, so we could not confirm the current status from it. Look the number up before you deposit, and treat any site that shows a different operator or a UK licence number for NightWin as suspect.
What players say in reviews
Search results for NightWin reviews include a Trustpilot page. When we checked, that profile was attached to a different web address from the one our links use, not to the operator's own site, and Trustpilot had hidden its rating. Many of the negative comments visible when we checked concerned deposits and payouts. Read any review page with two questions in mind: which domain is the profile for, and does the reviewer describe the operator's cashier or a lookalike site's?
Withdrawal friction is the most common complaint about offshore casinos in general. The practical defence is to complete verification before your first payout, to deposit and withdraw with the same method in your own name, and to keep chat transcripts. Our withdrawals guide sets out the limits the operator publishes.
How to spot a fake NightWin site
Many sites use the NightWin name in their address with an extra word such as a country, "login", "bonus" or "global". Some copy the casino's logo and menus so closely that the page looks like the casino itself. None of them is needed to sign in or to claim an offer. These signs should make you stop:
- A UK licence claim. NightWin has no UK Gambling Commission licence, so a page that shows a UKGC licence number for NightWin is wrong.
- "Official site" or "secure login" on a page that is really an article. Check the address bar before you type an email address or password.
- Card details or a password requested outside the casino's cashier and sign-in panel. No genuine casino asks for them by chat, email or social media.
- "No deposit codes", "not on GamStop" or "no ID checks" promises. NightWin's listed offers need a deposit, and identity checks apply before payouts.
- An app file from anywhere other than NightWin's own site. A modified APK can capture logins. See our app guide.
If you entered details on a site you now doubt, change your NightWin password from the genuine site straight away, tell NightWin support, and call your bank if you entered card details. You can report the page to Google Safe Browsing and to the National Cyber Security Centre.
NightWin and a UK-licensed casino side by side
The table puts the practical differences in one place. The UK column describes the rules that apply to every operator licensed by the Gambling Commission; the NightWin column describes what applies under its offshore licence, based on the operator information we hold.
| Protection | UK-licensed casino | NightWin |
|---|---|---|
| National self-exclusion | Must take part in GAMSTOP | Not covered; exclusion is requested from NightWin directly |
| Bonus wagering | Capped at 10 times the bonus since 19 January 2026 | Reported at 30–35x |
| Unresolved disputes | Independent adjudicator approved for the operator | Operator's complaints process, then the Curaçao regulator |
| Identity checks | Before you can deposit or play | Requested by the cashier, at the latest before a payout |
| Account limits | Deposit limits offered at sign-up | Deposit and session limits in account settings |
| Withdrawal limits | Set by each operator | €10,000 a week and €25,000 a month, as published by the operator (recorded 24 August 2026) |
How to raise a complaint about NightWin
Most disputes with any casino are about a delayed payout, a bonus that was removed or a verification request. A written, dated record makes every step that follows easier, so start building one from the first message.
- Ask live chat first and save the transcript. Many problems, such as a document that was not readable, are fixed at this stage.
- If chat does not resolve it, write to support@nightwin.com from the email address registered on the account. Put "Complaint" and the account email in the subject line, and set out what happened, the amounts, the dates and what you are asking for.
- Attach evidence: screenshots of the balance and the cashier history, the chat transcript and any emails from NightWin.
- Give the operator a reasonable time to reply, and keep a note of every reply and its date.
- If the complaint is still unresolved, contact the Curaçao Gaming Authority, the regulator named on the licence, and quote the licence number OGL/2024/2241/1178. Check the regulator's website for its current complaints procedure.
Be wary of anyone who contacts you offering to "recover" casino funds for a fee. Complaints to the operator and the regulator cost nothing, and recovery services are a known scam. Our support guide explains what to include in a first message so it is answered quickly.
Five questions to answer before you deposit
- Is the address the one I meant to visit? Compare it with the licence details in the footer and the domains on the register entry.
- Do I accept an offshore licence? That means no GAMSTOP, no UK adjudicator and wagering above the British cap.
- Does NightWin accept players where I live? Read the operator's terms. If the site shows "Access restricted", the answer is no.
- Am I ready for verification? Have a photo ID and a recent proof of address that match the account details.
- Have I set a limit? A deposit limit set before the first deposit is the simplest protection available.
Using NightWin more safely
If you decide to play, a few habits remove most of the risk that comes with an offshore licence. Set a deposit limit in the account before the first deposit. Upload identity and address documents early, so the first withdrawal is not held up. Withdraw winnings rather than leaving a large balance in the account, and remember that the weekly and monthly payout limits apply.
